5. Reliability Tests:
After any following tests ,the sensitivity of the microphone unit shall not change more than +3 dB from initial value, and shall keep their initial operation and appearance. | ||
5.1 | High Temperature test | The microphone unit must be subjected to +85℃ for 200 Hours, and expose to room temperature for 6 Hours. |
5.2 | Low Temperature test | The microphone unit must be subjected to -40℃ for 200 Hours, and expose to room temperature for 6 Hours. |

Temperature Cycle test | The microphone unit must be subjected to following conditions (+50℃ 1H~room temp 1H~-10℃ 1H~room temp 1H) at 5 cycle, and expose to room temp for 6 Hours. |

Humidity Test | The microphone unit must be subjected to +40℃, 90% RH for 200 Hours, and expose to room temperature for 6 Hours. |

Drop Test | The microphone unit without package must be subjected to each 3 drops at three axes from the height of 1 meter to 20mm thick hardwood board. |

Vibration Test | The microphone unit must be subjected to each 3minutes vibration at three axes 3mm dynamic range, 1000 cycle/minute. |
5.7 | Soldering Heat Shock | To solder with a 30w soldering iron in a Aluminum soldering tooling at 260℃~300℃ for less than 2seconds. |
